Shipping

All parcels ship with a tracking number, sent by email as soon as they are dispatched. Shipping costs and the estimated delivery time are shown before you confirm your order.

On delivery, check the condition of the parcel in front of the courier and note any damage.

Returns

Consumers: you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with EU consumer law. The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging, and without software activation where activation cannot be reversed.

Business customers: return requests are reviewed case by case. Please contact us before sending anything back.

For any request, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the product.

Faulty products

If your tool has a fault, contact us before returning it: we will analyse the issue with you and arrange warranty cover.
